Soulcalibur VI – 2B character pack

The first season pass DLC character is revealed

What better character to be announced first as part of Soulcalibur VI’s season DLC than the equally typographybreaking YoRHa android 2B from the fantastic Nier: Automata?

Revealed as we head to the printer, 2B will make her Soulcalibur VI debut “very soon”, which could mean… now! Soulcalibur VI’s 2B remains surprisingly faithful to the Nier: Automata version. She brings her dual-sword moveset from her own game, swapping between weapons likely as her Soul Charge state changes. She can also dodge and dash in a manner that echoes her moves from Nier: Automata, and, best of all, her combos can be extended when linked to her Pod. 2B’s finishing moves are straight out of Nier: Automata, too. Like Geralt before her, this guest character feels like she’s always been a part of the Soulcalibur roster.

As well as 2B, you get her special stage themed around 11945 Earth. It’s bolstered by the Nier: Automata original soundtrack, which proves to be a fantastic stage of history to experience.

The DLC also comes with 2B’s weapons, costume parts, and stickers to use in the character customisation mode. Speaking of which, the android has been Soulcalibur’ed for her alternate costume – a knicker-revealing silk dress. 2B continued…
