Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Running at true 4K locked to 30fps, when playing this overlooked PS4 classic on PS5 you’ll notice even the game’s reflections have been improved. If you’re feeling the burn from the graphical mess that is Cyberpunk 2077, then give this aged hit a shot.

Hitman 2

If your bank account’s feeling a bit bare and you’re putting off buying Hitman 3, playing this PS4 original on PS5 comes a close second. Running at 1440p, locked at 60fps, with HDR support it looks great. And it features improvements to lighting, reflections, and shading.

Ghost Of Tsushima

Delivering 60fps gameplay when you pop this PS4 game into your PS5, this samuarai epic feels fresh on a second runthrough. Better still, this boosted game makes use of the console’s SSD to reduced load times – perfect for an open game. The downside? It’s not in 4K…

Days Gone

Running at 60fps in 4K, Bend Studio’s epic open-world biker adventure runs like a dream on PS5. In some ways it feels like a sneaky PS5 release, and those 50-Freaker hordes have never looked better. New Game+ and New Game++ ensure there’s reason to return, too.

Until Dawn

It may be one of PS4’s oldest games, but returning to Blackwood Mountain to experience the horror in 60fps rejuvenates this classic. Replaying Until Dawn we fall in love with its noughties teen-horror thrills all over again. Who’d have known this is how you earn an Oscar?
