Outdoor Perfection

Plug - - REVIEW - BY ROMA CHRISTIAN

Weber® has empowered the outdoor cook to create MasterChef quality dishes, by releasing its new PulseTM Griddle for the time-poor perfectionist.

The new Pulse Griddle ($79.95) is custom designed for outstanding heat retention and distribution, using porcelain enamelled cast iron for ‘made to last’ quality.

Cooking an outdoor champagne breakfast has never been simpler, with the Griddle catering to items at risk of falling through the cooking grills – e.g. eggs, caramelised onion and crispy bacon.

The Griddle is compatible with both the Pulse 1000 (1271cm2 cooking grill) and larger Pulse 2000 BBQ (1911cm2 cooking grill with high lid), pledging evenly cooked food every time.

For added convenience, Weber has saved several BBQ recipes to its free iGrill® app, featuring everything from PhillyStyle Steak Sandwiches with Grilled Onions to Salmon Fillets with Wild Mushrooms and Lemon-Thyme Butter.

Used with Weber’s Pulse BBQ technology, the Griddle raises a users’ culinary expectations about what is achievable using plug-in electrical power.

Outdoor meals have never been simpler to cook, nor as outstanding to eat.
