The perfect end to a dinner party

INGREDIENTS

500g good quality vanilla ice-cream 4 x double espresso shots, 4 x 160ml glasses

METHOD

1. Press 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the base of pre-chilled serving glasses. Top with a loose scoop of ice cream. 2. Pour a double shot of hot espresso over the top. Serve immediately.
