The easy way to firmer thighs
Three exercises to help trim and tone
Personal trainer Lizzy Williamson has created this two-minute workout to help tone your thighs so that you’ll be happy to head to the beach this summer in a short skirt.You can even do these exercises while you watch TV (and don’t we all love a bit of multi-tasking!).
Most thigh workouts include squats and lunges, but Lizzy likes to mix it up a bit. “These moves are a bit of fun, but believe me, your thighs will be talking to you straightaway,” she says. “I often suggest these moves to clients whose knees don’t react well to squats and lunges. On top of the leg workout, you’ll feel different parts of your core activating, from right around the side of your waist to the side of your lower back.”
