Book medical appointments in advance. Take your health into your own hands by scheduling your yearly physical, eye exam, mammogram and routine medical tests now. Put the dates in your phone, so you won’t miss your appointments.
Check your meds. Make a list of the drugs and supplements you take, and review it with your doctor to make sure you still need them all and in the dosages prescribed.
