It’s time to ditch the of­fice bis­cuit tin, the vend­ing ma­chine at 3pm and your co-worker’s birth­day cake, too. Even that ‘nu­tri­tious’ en­ergy bar you stashed in your hand­bag for emer­gen­cies has to go (some con­tain as much sugar as a cho­co­late bar). It’s an ob­vi­ous place to start, plus, you’ll slash un­nec­es­sary kilo­joules while you’re at it.
