SUPERSET SLIMDOWN A

You'll need
A set of 2kg to 5kg dumbbells (choose a weight that will be very challenging to lift by the final reps); exercise sliders (from sports stores or online, see the photo on opposite page of the green disc under her foot).
You'll do
The recommended number of reps of the first exercise of the Superset. Then do the second exercise without taking a break in between. Constantly moving from one exercise to another cranks up your kilojoule burn. After the 2 Supersets (Part 1 and Part 2, right), finish with a Metabolism Booster (page 107).
