Lance Armstrong’s former team manager, has been banned for life from cycling for his role in doping during the American’s seven Tour de France victories. The Belgian was initially handed a 10-year ban in 2012, but the Court of Arbitration for Sport increased it to the maximum possible after an investigation by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
