The smaller sibling to Omloop Het Nieuwsblad the day before and the second of the opening classics weekender, KuurneBrussels-Kuurne is traditionally a race for the sprinters. But whether that is still entirely the case, though, is up for discussion. Dylan Groenewegen won last year from a bunch sprint but Peter Sagan won from a reduced group and Jasper Stuyven took the title solo the years before that. The 200km loop through west Belgium starts and !inishes in Kuurne.
