So, technically the Tour de la Provence doesn’t take riders all the way to the top of Mont Ventoux, but stage 3 is once again culminating at Chalet Reynard, the ski station 6km from the summit of one of cycling’s most iconic climbs. This year will mark the sixth edition of the race, set, you guessed it, in France’s Provence region, and with the addition of Ventoux last year it’s been attracting an increasingly high profile field of climbers.
