Another ProTour team from Brittany, Jérôme Pineau’s squad is almost completely French, and will mostly be looking to get results out of its few big hitters, such as Bryan Coquard and Pierre Rolland. Rolland was very visible at last year’s Tour, and that could prove handy as they hope for another invite to the race this July. The team are also attempting to build more brand identity, centred around “Men in Glaz”, with their kit invoking the Breton coastline. Former title sponsors Vital Concept have reduced their stake in their team, meaning that the squad has suffered a 15-20 per cent decrease in their budget according to Pineau, although they have still made signings, including Cyril Lemoine from Cofidis.
