RACISM RETURNS

Nacer Bouhanni was subjected to racist abuse online after he clashed with Jake Stewart in the sprint at Cholet- Pays de Loire. The French sprinter publicised some of the messages he was sent on social media. He said: “I have been putting up with this for a long time already and I’ve kept quiet, but this time I won’t let it go any more.” Stewart called the racism “deplorable”.
