After being postponed in February, the five-stage Volta ao Algarve takes a different slot this year. Featuring a time trial, two sprinter-friendly flat stages and two hill-top finishes at the regular climbs of Fóia and Malhão, the Portugese race has an illustrious list of recent winners in Remco Evenepoel, Tadej Pogačar and Geraint Thomas. That might change this year, depending on who teams choose to send at this intense point in the season.
