All Qantas international and domestic services operate from the same (T3/T4) precinct. All Qantas international and domestic customers will check in at T4 and make their way through domestic security screening. International customers are required to go through secondary liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGs) screening after clearing outbound immigration.
The international gate lounge area will open two hours prior to your flight’s departure time. Customers are invited to wait in the domestic departure areas prior to the international gate lounge opening. Eligible guests are invited to use the Qantas Lounges located in T4. Transfers: All Qantas international and domestic services operate from the same (T3/T4) precinct. If you’re transferring onto another international carrier, your flight will depart from T1. Customers with onwards international connections to another airline will follow the arrivals signs and proceed through inbound immigration, collect any bags and follow the signs to the T1 transfer bus located on the T3/T4 forecourt.
Customers transferring from Qantas international flights (T3/T4) to another international carrier (T1) will need to be eligible for an Australian visa and this must be arranged prior to arrival in Australia. More information regarding visa requirements can be found on the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs website at www.homeaffairs.gov.au/ Trav/Visa/Appl/Electronic-travel-authority.
Transits: If you are transiting through Perth (on the Melbourne-to-London/London-toMelbourne service), you will need to take all carry-on baggage with you when you disembark in Perth. Follow the signs and proceed through the transit corridor directly to your departure gate. Details of your departure gate and boarding time will be available on flight information screens throughout the departure gate area.
Eligible guests are invited to use the Perth international transit lounge.
