Chef and owner Peggy Chan uses sustainabl­e ingredient­s in innovative combinatio­ns. Try the koji smoked carrot bagel with cashew cream cheese, cucumber, wild arugula and dill salad; poached eggs and avocado with flax dukkah; or the acai berry cacao bowl with sprouted pumpkin seeds and cranberry clusters.
