Biànca (biancarestaurant.com.au) in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, is the new hot place in town and one of my favourite local haunts. The service is always amazing and fast, while the food is simple, well-executed and delicious – it’s the kind of dining I like on my night off. The owners are also behind Agnes, Hôntô and Same Same and they always create winning venues. This is definitely one to put on your Brisbane hit-list.
