There’s a little wine bar called

Wines of While (winesofwhile.com) in Perth’s Northbridge – that’s my go-to thanks to its amazing wine list that focuses on natural wines, along with a great smalldish menu. One of my favourites is their creamy slow-cooked cannellini beans with butter and lemon juice – and I always get the epic sourdough that they make in-house to mop it up with. It’s a very simple dish but it’s a great time with a good glass of orange wine.
