The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery, New Norfolk

There’s a great little café in Hobart called Sunbear (sunbearhob that just keeps getting better. It feels like it could be an extension of your home; there’s an open, light-filled room with loads of potted plants, a mish-mash of ’70s furniture and a comfy couch as well as tables and chairs and an open kitchenette. The coffee is very good and, as a huge sweet-tooth, I’m a sucker for co-owner Dee’s incredible baked goods. The savoury dishes are definitely worth checking out, too – anything from toasties and tarts to a wallaby mince sloppy joe.
