After premiering at the Palais Galliera in Paris in 2020, Gabrielle Chanel. Fashion Manifesto will make its international debut when it comes to Melbourne this summer. The first Australian show to focus exclusively on the French couturière’s groundbreaking designs – from creating the LBD in the 1920s to the famed tweed suiting of the 1950s – the collection features more than 100 garments, as well as Chanel’s iconic jewellery, accessories and perfumes.
