My daughter was disappointed when a pair of jeans she’d ordered didn’t fit her – and asked me to package them up and return them. I couldn’t help but notice the comments on the return slip that I placed inside the parcel.

Where they’d asked why the item was being returned, she’d written, “They hurt my feelings!”
