Currently undergoing human clinical trials, Agili-C is like a ‘scaffold’ on which the knee cartilage can regenerate itself. It is implanted in a single-step arthroscopic procedure. It has received the EU’s CE Mark of Approval, however is not currently available in Australia or New Zealand.
