Before they can start working with Australian Unity, they are provided with weeks of additional training and receive ongoing guidance throughout their employment to ensure they deliver consistent excellent service. Throughout the pandemic, Australian Unity has continued to support customers and is proud of its COVID-safe measures, such as:

• low contact sign-up procedures

• making vaccination a condition of employment for frontline workers

• screening customers with questions before every appointment

• providing staff with additional training on personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection control, and

• equipping care workers with PPE.
