THE GREAT TWEET OFF: TAKING CARE OF PLANTS

The ‘plant parents’ of Twitter like to watch them grow. Mostly.

Managed to keep my house plant alive for three weeks this time. I think I’m ready to be a mum! @MDOB11

I think my plant is dying. What should I do? I give it water and sunlight. Please help, it doesn’t have health insurance. @CAUCASIANJAMES

I started talking to my plants because it is good for them. But that has resulted in the most painful small talk. It was like “Hi... so you’re growing! That’s great. That’s great. Alright, well, yeah...” @JULIOTHESQUARE

I wonder if house plants ever look around and think, How did my life decisions lead me here? @APARNAPKIN

I think I’d be good at politics. Like, I just told one of my house plants that it’s my favourite but it’s totally not. @KENDRAGARDEN
