Hanging Out The Washing

The story about robots and technology (‘Robots Gone Wild’, September) reminded me of the cleaning robots in shopping malls, which seem to work well. But I don’t see any reason to connect the washing machine to our WiFi network just yet; perhaps I’ll change my mind when the technology can hang out the laundry, too! HANNU VESTERINEN
