The Australian energy company sells gas and electricity to over one million customers and employs 800 people across Australia and New Zealand. In Western Australia, it operates in the Pilbara and the south west, including Perth. Further east, it is located in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and South East Queensland. As well as working on making energy more affordable, Alinta Energy is also directly investing in or underwriting renewable generation and innovative projects across Australia. To that end, the energy provider has invested in a new customer systems platform to help make the customer experience faster, more efficient – and always friendly! In April 2022, the platform launched on the East Coast, and it will be taken nationally by bringing Western Australia into the fold.
