HEARING AUSTRALIA

-

HEARING AUSTRALIA PUTS CLIENTS AT THE CENTRE OF EVERYTHING IT DOES. Just ask Roy Hansen (above), who has been a happy Hearing Australia client for 75 years.

“My adventure with Hearing Australia began when I was a mere fledgling back in 1947,” says Roy. “I was young then too, just 21, and newly returned from RAAF service in the Philippines. Lucky for me Hearing Australia, or Commonwealth Acoustic Laboratories as it was known then, was there to help me. And now, 75 years on, it continues to keep me in touch with my family and friends and with what’s going on in the world.”

Just like Roy, Hearing Australia’s longest client, the hearing services provider is celebrating a milestone of its own this year – its 75th birthday.

Hearing Australia has come a long way in a changing world since 1947, but one thing that hasn’t changed is its commitment to putting all Australians at the very heart of everything it does.

Its mission is to make it easier than ever to access expert hearing care, including telehealth and online appointments. And with over 450 audiologists and 171 centres nationwide, Hearing Australia has had the privilege of helping over one million Australians rediscover the joy of sound and keeping clients connected with family and the people and the life they love.
