OUTDOOR AMBIENCE

Real Living (Australia) - - LOVING -

Don’t forget your outdoor spaces – they need light too. Illuminate pathways and entertaining zones, uplight trees and garden beds, and add a welcoming glow with the perfect front-door coach light. If laying cables through your garden isn’t an option, go for solar-powered garden lights, which will charge up and turn on automatically each evening. If you are going down the electric route, make sure you buy weatherproof lighting specifically certified for using outside, and call in an electrician to install it.

1. Brilliant Chateaux Coach Light, $74.90; 2. Arlec Stainless Steel Spotlight, set of four $114; 3. Brilliant 50cm Bayview Bollard, $94.90 each.
