1 Dou­ble Choco­late & Sprin­kles Bark READY IN 25 MIN­UTES

200g white cook­ing choco­late, melted + 2 ta­ble­spoons dark Choc Bits

+ 1 ta­ble­spoon 100’s&1000’s

Line an oven tray with bak­ing pa­per. Spread choco­late over pre­pared tray. Sprin­kle with Choc Bits and 100’s&1000’s. Chill for 10 min­utes or un­til set. Break choco­late bark into pieces to serve. Serves 6

200g milk cook­ing choco­late, melted

+ ½ cup blanched al­monds, toasted, coarsely chopped + ½ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped + ¼ cup sweet­ened dried cran­ber­ries, coarsely chopped

Line an oven tray with bak­ing pa­per. Spread choco­late over pre­pared tray. Sprin­kle with al­monds, peanuts and cran­ber­ries. Chill for 10 min­utes or un­til set. Break choco­late bark into pieces to serve. Serves 6
