Science Illustrated AERIAL SUPPORT 2020-02-20 - Orbiter shoots and transmits photos from space. While Curiosity takes samples of Mars’ surface, the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter transmits aerial photos back to scientists on Earth. The probe has discovered a bedrock layer which displays evidence of acidiferous water.
