Which suburb do you call home? Burleigh. What makes that suburb the best on the GC? The strong local community vibe and local business supporting each other. Also the beautiful morning walks along the esplanade. Fave Gold Coast casual dining location? What’s on the menu? Rick Shores for lunch. The best Bug rolls you’ll find anywhere. You’re planning a fun, local night out with your mates? Which three locations top your list and why? I’d start with drinks in the afternoon at Hellenika Rooftop bar (the view of the hinterland is amazing), then head to Iku Yakitori bar for some delicious juicey Yakitori and a few whiskies and end the night at Lockwood Bar for their unbelievable cocktails! Fave place to stop, relax for 20 mins and enjoy a morning cuppa? And what treat is on the plate beside your hot bevvie? Definitely Commune Espresso! We love walking the pram down to the café every morning with our little bub. We always try to sit outside in the sunshine in the mornings with a delicious hot filter coffee (and a vegan protein ball too!). Best local spot for family hangs and why? Burleigh Hill. If you’ve ever been there… you’ll know exactly why it’s a fave, It’s so beautiful. Fave Gold Coast shopping destination? James Street, Burleigh Heads. They have everything you need! Complete this sentence: Only a Gold Coast local knows... Where to find Ping Pong on a Sunday!!
