Seymour Performers Workshop will present the all-time classic musical Grease this month.

This much-loved musical comes to Seymour from November 17 to 25 for five highlycharged, fuel-injected performances at the Seymour Community Arts Centre.

It features a cast of more than 20 performers who will light up the stage with their dynamic vocals and energetic dance moves.

‘‘We have some incredibly talented performers in this production who have all been working so hard over the last few months and we can’t wait to present this fantastic show to audiences,’’ director Geraldine O’Brien said.

Grease is one of the world’s most popular and enduring musicals. The funny, frank story features the hit songs Greased Lightning, You’re The One That I Want and Summer Nights, and follows the journey of Danny and Sandy, alongside the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies, as they navigate high school to the unforgettable rock ’n’ roll soundtrack that defined generations.

This year is also the 40-year anniversary of the movie version of Grease, which continues to delight audiences of all ages.

Tickets are available at www.spworkshop.org.au or phone 0490 459 853.

Classic: Grease.
