RISE OF THE HYPE MACHINE

The first image from Tim Miller’s untitled Terminator sequel has arrived. It features Natalia Reyes as Dani Ramos, rumoured to be the protagonist; Mackenzie Davis as an unnamed “soldier assassin” (perhaps a new Terminator, given those strange scars?); and Linda Hamilton, back as Sarah Connor and – like the producing James Cameron – returning to the franchise for the first time since T2. The photo has the confidence to not show either the returning Arnie, or Gabriel Luna’s new cyborg, which suggests this is just the start of the hype machine...
