Three Earth 2 novels were published – the first was based on the pilot episode, while Puzzle and Leather Wings were new stories.

David Bergeaud’s score for pilot episode “First Contact” was released promotionally on CD, leaking online in the early ’00s.

A pitch video for season two (bit.ly/earth2tv) exists – with New Pacifica reached, it would’ve been a very different show.

The episodes were originally shown bafflingly out of order. This was finally resolved on the 2012 Region 2 DVD release.
