Shepparton News - - WHAT WE LOVE - — Tara Whitsed

ILife can’t quite get over the fact that in just over one month it will be Christmas! How quickly this year has gone. It seems like just yesterday I was beginning the role of Weekend co-ordinator but it will soon be one year that I’ve been compiling the content for this publication. It has been a great year so far and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed bringing in some new and different content as well as maintaining the regular wellloved columns. We have so many talented people here in Shepparton and I’ve learnt so much by reading all of the great tips and advice from our loyal contributors during the year. The columnists have helped me to make my thumb a little bit greener, and keep my hair under control as well as my diet and lifestyle. As always, I love getting feedback from Weekend Life readers and with 12 months of co-ordinating just around the corner I’d love to hear from you about what you enjoy or perhaps AEick over while reading the pages of this publication. Send me an email at tara.whitsed@sheppnews.com.au and let me know your thoughts. This week we hear from News sports editor Lauren Bordin about her recent trip to New Zealand. The photos show just how gorgeous the destination is — and it’s not too far from home! We have an exciting recipe this week too, one of my favourite foods — dumplings. Learn the authentic way to make dumplings with foodie Amy Ma and her Chinese grandmother Lao Lao Liu. Enjoy!
