Magic music from quartet

CLASSICAL COMPOSERS DELIVER ENCHANTING SHOW

-

The sweet sound of string quartet music could be heard from Shepparton’s La Trobe University yesterday, with Affinity Quartet performing as part of the Shepparton Festival.

More than 30 people attended the live performance yesterday afternoon, enjoying a glass of wine and some beautiful string quartet music from classical composers.

The quartet brings together four musicians from Melbourne, Nicholas Waters, Ioana Tache, William Clark, and Mee Na Lojewski, all of whom are regular performers with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

The quartet hosted two performances during the weekend as part of the Shepparton Festival along with running a free workshop to teach their skills to other keen musicians in the community.
