CHARACTERS COME TO LIFE

Lucy Doyle, Ava Drum and Aston Bruton have plenty of fun as The Cat In The Hat during Grahamvale Primary School’s Book Week celebrations.

Students and teachers of Grahamvale Primary School took part in Book Week celebrations on Tuesday, bringing characters from their favourite pages to life. Excited to show off their costumes, students dressed to impress with Cats in the Hat, Little Red Riding Hoods and famous ogre Shrek making appearances.

The day included Book Week related activities, encouraging children to celebrate their love of reading.

Due to restrictions, live-streams were scheduled for parents, so they did not miss out on the range of costumes on show.

Mice galore: Lily Cooney, Audrey Taylor and Ella Supple play Three Blind Mice.

Inspiring: Tuscan Phillips as Stickman.

Historic: Corey Colger as a mythical figure.
