More than 3000 people have been vaccinated at Shepparton’s vaccination hub since the first case of COVID-19 in the current outbreak was announced in the city last Friday.

Goulburn Valley Health chief executive Matt Sharp encouraged people to book in for a vaccination as soon as possible.

‘‘This is the only thing which is going to help us get on top of this whole pandemic,’’ he said.
