Last november, Malaysia airlines announced an upgrade to its 15 a330300 aircraft with the refit starting in april this year and taking until september for the entire fleet to be completed. the new configuration will have a 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 seat layout giving 90 per cent of all seats direct access to the aisle.
The seat at the time of my trip, business class offered a 2-2-2 configuration with a 152cm seat pitch that reclined electronically to a 12-degree angle for sleeping. each seat has a pillow, a padded seat cover and a quilt.

The glam factor For those who have many hours to while away at KLia, Mitsui outlet Park designer discount mall is only five minutes away by free shuttle. i found bargains at Polo ralph Lauren, Bally and Zegna. thank goodness for Malaysia airlines’ generous 40kg luggage allowance.
