In 2003, Hayley created Baillie Lodges with husband James Baillie with a vision for a new benchmark of Australian luxury lodging. The portfolio includes Capella Lodge, Southern Ocean Lodge and Longitude 131°, with plans for a new lodge in Tasmania.
