TABLE MANDALA

Hook up this bright mandala as a table centrepiece and you’ll ensure sunshiny vibrancy all year round, even on the dullest days. It’ll look amazing in a garden, patio, conservatory or even a kitchen.
NOTES
The Mandala is worked in rounds, joining new colours at the beginning of each round when indicated; fasten off at the end of each round unless otherwise stated.
MANDALA
Using Yarn A, ch18, join with a ss to form loop.
Round 1 (RS) Ch2, 36htr into ring, ss to beg ch2 to join. [36 htr]
Round 2 Join Yarn B into any st, ch3 (does not count as a st throughout), tr into each st, ss to beg ch3 to join. [36 tr]
Round 3 Join Yarn C into any st, ch4, (skip next st, htr, ch2) 17 times, htr in last st, ss to second ch of beg ch4 to join.

Round 4 Join Yarn A into any ch-2 sp, ch2, 3htr into each ch-2 sp around, join with a ss to beg ch2. [54 htr]
Round 5 Join Yarn B into second st of any 3htr, ch2, *htr first 2 sts, *2fptr into htr from Round 3, skip next st; repeat from * to end, ss to beg ch2. [36 FPhtr, 36 htr]
Round 6 Join Yarn D into any st, ch1 (does not count as a st throughout), dc in each st around, join with a ss to beg ch1. [72 sts]
Round 7 Join Yarn A into any second FPhtr from Round 5, ch1, *ch4, dc into second FPhtr of next 2 FPhtr from Round 5*; repeat from * to end, join with ss to beg ch1.

Round 8 Join Yarn E into any ch-4 sp, ch3, (tr, 2dtr, tr) in each ch-3 sp around, ss to beg ch3. [36 dtr, 36 tr]
Round 9 Join Yarn A between any 2dtr from Round 8, ch1, 2dc in same space, *dc next st, dc in space between 2 tr, dc in tr, 2dc in space between 2 dtr; repeat from * 17 more times omitting last 2dc, ss to beg ch1. [90 dc]
