Bauble Charm measures 3.5cm (1 in) in diameter

The Bauble Charms are worked in a continuous spiral, without closing off each round with a ss. It is a good idea to mark the first st of each round with a stitch marker, moving it up as you work.
Each Bauble and Drinks Clip use up to 2 colours. You can use any colours you like. Change colours on the last yrh of the st before the colour change is indicated.
Using any colour, make a magic loop.
Round 1 (RS) Ch1, (does not count as a st throughout), 6dc into the loop, pull loop tight to close. [6 dc]
Round 2 2dc in each st around. [12 dc]
Round 3 (Dc in next st, 2dc in next st) 6 times. [18 dc]
Rounds 4-5 Dc in each st around.
Round 6 (Dc in next st, dc2tog) 6 times. [12 dc]
Place a polystyrene ball inside.
Round 7 Repeat Round 4. [12 dc]
Round 8 (Dc2tog) 6 times. [6 dc]
Fasten off leaving a tail of approx 30cm. Weave the end through the last 6 sts and pull tight to close.
Using the tail, ch10 and ss to last ch from hook.
THIN STRIPED BALL
Repeat the instructions for the Plain Bauble using two colours, changing colour each round.
WIDE STRIPED BALL
Repeat the instructions for the Plain Bauble using two colours, changing colour every second round.
