FPtr (Front Post treble) Yrh, starting from front, insert hook from front to back to front around post of st in row below, complete as a tr st

BPtr (Back Post treble) Yrh, starting from back, insert hook from back to front to back around post of st in row below, complete as a tr st

FPttr (Front Post triple treble) Work as for a FPtr, with yrh 3 times before inserting the hook around the stitch and completing as for a ttr

foundation dc Ch2, dc in second ch from hook working the dc st as normal but after the first (insert hook, yrh and pull through), work an extra ch1 before completing the st. The next dc (with added ch1 if you are continuing in foundation dc) is worked into this extra ch1
