“When I’m designing, I like to create patterns that are simple and easy to follow. I’m mostly known as a amigurumi designer and I brought some of that pattern style to this design. With these slippers I wanted to create a classic style and the cross-over straps reminded me of ballet shoes or Mary Janes. I added a crochetcovered fabric button to give them a 1950s look. I really enjoyed taking part in the challenge and working with di erent yarns. “
