This month’s project uses a com­ple­men­tary scheme where two colours on op­po­site sides of the colour wheel are placed to­gether. This cre­ates the strong­est pos­si­ble con­trast and vi­brancy. As pur­ple and yel­low can clash (and how won­der­fully they do!), I have se­lected two, more muted tones. This means that grey has been added to ‘tone’ down the in­ten­sity. Kate's scarf is hooked up in Laven­der, Clema­tis and Gold.
