NOTES

Cushion is made up of two identical Panels worked in Tunisian simple stitch. Both pieces are crocheted together at the end using Eskimo DK yarn.

Each row of Tunisian simple stitch consists of a row of tss and a Return Pass (RetP). Change colour on the yrh for the tss as directed in the pattern and match the colour changes for the Return Pass. There is a Chart on page 96, which you will need to refer to for all colour changes. Each small square represents a tss stitch and the Return Pass. Read all rows from right to left for the Forward Pass and from left to right for the Return Pass.

When changing to a new colour bring the new stand under the previous strand before pulling up a loop. Carry the unused colours across the WS of your work. You may find it easier to use a separate ball of Spice for each side of the Schnauzer design to avoid carrying this colour. The first 2 rows of the Chart have been written out to guide you.
