FINISHING

Refer to the photographs and diagram throughout.

Seam the Head and stuff it, taking care to achieve the right shape. 2 Cut two tiny circles of white felt and attach the 8mm beads for the eyes with the felt circles underneath. Attach the 9mm bead for the nose.

Seam the Body and stuff. Attach the Head to the Body. Sew the Belly to the front of the Body.

Seam and stuff the Feet, then attach them to the Body.

Sew the white ric rac all around the Jacket Body, neck and Cuffs. Sew four tiny yellow buttons to each side of the front of the Jacket. 6 Stuff the Arms lightly. Place Jacket on Body and see our diagram to attach the Arms through the Body to each side using a button to attach each Arm.

Attach the Cuffs.

Seam Inner Ear to Outer Ear, with RS facing outwards and a small gap of Outer Ear visible all around the Inner Ear surface.

Fold the Ears at the base and attach to the Head.

Using Yarn A, make a pompom 5.5cm in diameter for the tail and attach to the bottom of the Body.

Seam the row edges of the Slipper upper to the sole. Using Yarn B, make 2 tiny pompoms 2cm in diameter and attach one to each Slipper. Place Slippers on Feet and secure with a few stitches if desired.

Make the Carrot leaves by folding a strand of Yarn G several times and knotting it in the centre. Seam the row edges of the Carrot and stuff. Attach the leaves with the knot at the top of the Carrot.
