Techniques: German short rows: under abbrevatio­ns.

Slanted increases M1L / M1R, contiguous method. Slip pattern in RS rows: [k3, sl-1-wyib] according to set up, purl every other row. Slip pattern in WS rows: [p3, sl-1-wyif] according to set up, knit every other row.

I-cord bind off: Using the cable cast on method, cast on 3 stitches, k2, k2tog tbl, *place 3 stitches back to left hand needle, k2, k2tog tbl, repeat from* to the last stitch. Place 3 stitches back to left hand needle, k2, pass first stitch over 2nd on the right hand needle, place 1 stitch back to left hand needle, k2tog tbl, pull yarn through the last stitch.

rnd 13: srndm, work slip pattern (RS) to end of round. (0 sts incd). Work in establishe­d pattern until work measures approximat­ely 27 cm from underarm or your desired length minus 8 cm for the hem. Hem Change to smaller needles, work ribbing [k1, p1].

Work in ribbing until hem measures approximat­ely 7,5 cm, then change to contrast color.

Work another round in ribbing [k1, p1]. Bind off. BO all stitches loosely in ribbing.

Neckline Pick up and knit 122 (126) 130 (134) 138 (142) sts from the neckline. BO all stitches, using the I-cord method.

Sleeves Place held stitches onto working needles. Pick up 1 additional stitch on both sides of the underarm cast on to avoid holes.

rnd1: with RS facing, rejoin yarn in main colour at center of underarm, pick up and knit 7 (7) 9 (9) 9 (9) sts, work 57 (61) 67 (73) 77 (83) sleeves sts in slip pattern (RS), pick up and knit 6 (6) 8 (8) 8 (8) sts, prndm. rnd2: knit to end.
