Cast on 71 (79: 87: 95: 103) sts using 5.5mm needles. Work in moss st across all sts for 4cm, ending with a RS row.

Change to 6mm needles and work in st st from Row 2 across all sts until work measures 34 (34: 36: 38: 39)cm, ending with a WS row and measured from the cast-on edge. Place a split ring marker at the beg and end of the next row.

Cont in st st as set until work measures 55 (57: 61: 64: 66)cm, ending with a WS row.

SHAPE SHOULDERS

Cast off 4 (6: 7: 9: 10) sts at the beg of the next 2 rows. [63 (67: 73: 77: 83) sts]

Cast off 5 (6: 8: 9: 11) sts at the beg of the foll 2 rows. Cast off rem 53 (55: 57: 59: 61) sts.

LEFT FRONT

Using 5.5mm needles, cast on 37 (41: 45: 49: 53) sts. Work in moss st across all sts for 4cm, ending with a RS row.

Change to 6mm needles and work the foll inc row:
