MARVELLOUS MOSS
Q I prefer the look of moss stitch but I find it doesn’t stretch and keep its shape as well as rib around the bottom of a jumper. Should I stick to ribbing for the hems and cuffs? Samantha Harris, via Twitter
Try using the thumb method to cast on for a more elastic hem, or experiment with di erent needle sizes. A smaller needle should give you a stretchier and closer fitting fabric. Debbie
